Loss of points.

Written by Canuck Racing at 17:29 10/9-2010

Within the last week, Canuck Racing has lost more than 40 points, forcing the team to fall from division 5 back to division 7. Unfortunately, in a struggle to quickly climb the rankings by getting involved in as many races as possible, captain Damon Maze got injured and will continue to be unavailable until next Tuesday. Yet, the team has chosen to press on without him.

Today, the team participated in the Dreseden GP, in which Maze was intended to participate. However, even without his support, the rest of the team put in their best effort. New addition, Sam O'Maule, finished second in the race, earning the team some money and 20 extra points.

Yesterday, Canuck Racing's second tier squad participated in the Bludenz Fahrt. Without expecting much from this group of riders, they managed to surprise everyone when Trent Dunnaway secured a third place finish for the team.

New riders, Sam O'Maule and Marco Naploi, have been essential in maintaining good performances while Maze is injured. Manager, Andrew Cantarutti, wanted to personally thank these riders for their contribution to the team. Without Damon Maze, the rest of Canuck Racing will continue to wait upon his return while doing their absolute best in his absence.
